Retrieve the account
The account the API key belongs to, with its credit terms in the key's mode.
Credit terms are provisioned by Tizon, not through the API. An account that is
overdue has its overdraft frozen until the debts past terms are paid down.

ApiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
