List what earned, and what was moved
Every accrual and every transfer out, newest first. An earned entry names
the order that earned it and the rate in force at the time, so a past number
explains itself.

An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
