Retrieve the Revenue Centre
Every account earns a share of the price of every order it has fulfilled, accrued as it is fulfilled. The rate is the volume tier the last 30 days earned — under $5,000 is Standard at 15%, $5,000 to $50,000 is Growth at 17.5%, above that is Scale at 20% — and nobody at Tizon sets it.
balance is what is owed right now; moving it into the wallet turns it into
credit that buys eSIMs like any other. An account that has bought nothing has
a Revenue Centre with nothing in it, not a missing one.

ApiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
