Confirm a detected deposit
The chain confirms a deposit that was only detected, which credits the wallet.
A deposit that is already credited is 409 deposit_already_credited.

An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
