Set sandbox credit terms
Grants this account test-mode credit, as Tizon would in live: an overdraft
limit up to $10,000, and net terms (kept as they are when omitted, 30 days for
an account with none). Zero net terms make any debt overdue at once, so the
overdraft freeze can be tried without waiting. Every change is announced as
credit.updated. Moves no money, so it takes no Idempotency-Key.

ApiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
