Send a test event
Delivers a ping event to this endpoint, whatever it subscribes to, so a new
integration can prove its receiver and its signature check work. Returns the
event; delivery happens in the background.

ApiKey AuthorizationBearer <token>
An account API key, sent as Authorization: Bearer tz_live_…. The prefix
selects the mode: tz_test_ for sandbox, tz_live_ for real money.
